Welcome to a new addition to an old part of Chattanooga... Burnside.
On the location of the old factory where Oliver Burnside Andrews made his corrugated cardboard boxes, now rises a new retail/residential destination called Burnside.
Neighborhood Staple
Burnside is a booming neighborhood staple where Chattanoogans can come together, with retail and beautiful residences. Planning
In early 2020 we started renovation on the 70,000 sq ft warehouse. We opened in June 0f 2021 with 33 apartments and 17000 sq ft of commercial space and Number 10 Steakhouse on the way. By August 2021, the apartments we nearly all filled, the restaurant is starting their buildout, and GreenTech Homes will start construction of 44 Townhomes on the back acreage in October 2021.
